Multigenerational family photo session ideas-Winnipeg family photographer

I really enjoy doing multigenerational family shoots. Not only it is fun but also very satisfactory posing three or more generations together and yet keep the whole experience entertaining for participants.

For a big family size like this one, the session can fit it perfectly if there is a yard or green space available to fit in the whole family. A back yard or a front yard will both work good if sitting arrangements can be done.

For smaller spaces I will frequently favour sitting and standing individuals blended such that it gives a break of monotony of having everyone standing or sitting.

It was a cloudy day therefore I had an extra camera flash giving supplementary light as needed.

The street was devoid of any parked cars that day. I took the opportunity to have all the members walking together. This can create a great shot and if clients want to print their family photo in a large size -this would look great on the walls of their living room.

The session went great and pictures I took were grand parents with grand children, parents and kids of each family, entire family. together and of course a few with grandma and pa together.

Pictures turned out beautiful and my clients were very happy with the results.
