Portrait session can seem daunting but honestly it can be one of the best if kept simple and casual. The most important two things to keep attentive is the studio lighting and keeping your client relaxed.
This portrait session was amazing and a last minute booking. My client was travelling that same day and booking was made impromptu.
Sitting and standing poses in studio were done and the final pictures were selected based on my clients requirements. Closeup headshots and full body shots were selected.
For taller clients such as this particular session sitting poses works beautifully. Photos can then be cropped and presented as per requisite.
Standing poses also works very well with taller individuals especially if the legs are angled the right way.
A lighter color backdrop such as pastels or white is always my favourite for professional portraits. Studio lights were adjusted to get the perfect shine on the hair and slight hint of light on the eyes.
Portrait shots came out beautiful and my client was very happy with the results.
