Two month old baby boy photo session in studio-Winnipeg newborn photographer

Two month old baby are cute, chubby and smily most of the time and this session was one of them. We were able to finish the whole session without a single cry or complain!

The session started with the outfit baby arrived in studio. A bean bag is my first go to for a couple of reasons. Baby can rest on his/her back and look around without feeling being held or any uncomfortable pull or tightness in their growing muscle.

Secondly, it is a good start and comforting for the parents that their baby is safe and can see the photographer way of handling and working with the baby. 

To break the ice I usually have small chat with the parents asking about their experience of the baby birth, how is the sleep pattern of baby or tips how to settle the baby for  a sleep time.

Once I was able to get a few smily poses I knew baby was comfortable with the environment and prop. After this I will transfer the baby into another set up either with a prop or on the spread. I decide this based on the comfortable position that the baby prefers such as on side or back or belly.

After an outfit change I always like to use a new prop set up that will give a beautiful overall feel to the picuture without causing any fussiness for the baby to occur.

The lighting was perfect and so was my little client in his posing. Pictures came out great and I was able to create a beautiful memorable session for the family.
