This was quite an interesting photoshoot I must admit. Baby boy arrived in my studio with his parents and grandma. He just turned two months, so I had asked the parents to bring a few outfits of their choice that I could use during the photo session.
Parents wanted to use the saffron patka as an alternative to wearing a turban. We decided to start the session in the dress he arrived at the studio and also wearing the orange color head cover also known as Patka.
Baby was awake the whole session and was quite active throughout. We had to squeeze in a few bottle feeds and plenty of cuddles from parents and grandma to calm him.
Most of the pictures taken were of him with eyes open and frankly speaking baby at this age looks adorable when they have their eyes wide open and turning their heads exploring the new environment.
I was always on the lookout to capture a smile or two but was not in luck for a wide one. He was very attentive to my presence and the soft box strobe light.
I used swaddle wraps to minimize the baby`s hands and legs movement. I also used a small soft blanket to cover this leg and found that very helpful too.
Pictures came out beautiful for this adorable little man.
